Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise solution delivery in large-scale distributed software environments.
• 5+ years of Java development experience.
• 5+ years of cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
• 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years of Agile-based development.
• 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability to meet objectives.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards and quality guidelines are followed.
• Communicate and coordinate with team members to align on decisions and insights.
• Adopt best practices and new technologies to improve productivity and code quality.
• Mentor junior developers to enhance skills and growth.
