Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in large-scale distributed environments.
- 5+ years of Java development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
- 5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.
- 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
- 3+ years in Agile-based development environments.
- 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions that meet requirements and quality standards.
- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
- Provide input on feasibility, performance and scalability of the overall solution.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with team members to align on technical decisions and roadmap.
- Adopt new technologies and tools to improve productivity and code quality.
- Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks and workshops.
- Mentor junior developers to grow their skills.
