Qualifications

7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in a large-scale distributed software environment.
5+ years of Java development experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud technologies.
5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
3+ years of Agile-based development.
2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards.
Participate in architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
Contribute to performance optimization, scalability, and feasibility assessments.
Lead code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
Collaborate across teams to align on technical direction and roadmaps.
Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing.
