Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
• 5+ years of Java development experience
• 5+ years of cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies
• 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs
• 3+ years of CI/CD Pipeline automation
• 3+ years of Agile-based development
• 2+ years of Generative AI experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient and scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers
• Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability to meet objectives
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices
• Coordinate with team members to align efforts and provide technical insights
• Adopt best practices, new technologies, and tools to improve productivity and code quality
• Share knowledge through code reviews, talks, and workshops
• Collaborate with other developers to implement features and enhance functionality
• Mentor junior developers to grow their skills
