Job summary

Qualifications

7+ years delivering enterprise solutions in large-scale distributed software environments.
5+ years of Java development experience.
5+ years with cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
5+ years designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.
3+ years experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
3+ years working in Agile-based development environments.
2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting requirements and quality standards.
Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability to meet objectives.
Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and quality guidelines.
Coordinate with team members to align on decisions and provide technical insights.
Help adopt best practices, new technologies, and tools to boost productivity and code quality.
Share knowledge through code reviews, tech talks, and workshops to foster learning.
Collaborate with other developers to implement complex features and enhance functionality.
Provide mentorship to junior developers to grow technical skills.
