Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to lead and contribute as both a technical lead and individual contributor in building our next-gen platform for digital health solutions. You will help drive delivery excellence, mentor juniors, and partner with IT leaders to enhance the digital ecosystem.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale distributed software environment.
- 5+ years of Java development experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with cloud initiatives and solutions.
- 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and APIs.
- 3+ years of CI/CD pipeline automation.
- 3+ years of Agile-based development experience.
- 2+ years of Generative AI experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions meeting business requirements and quality standards.
- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
- Provide input on technical feasibility, performance optimization, and scalability considerations.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Communicate and coordinate with team members to align on decisions and provide technical insights.
- Adopt best practices and new technologies to enhance productivity and code quality.
