Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions in large-scale distributed environments.
• 5+ years of Java development.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise cloud initiatives and cloud computing technologies.
• 5+ years of designing and developing modern microservices and cost-effective APIs.
• 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipeline automation.
• 3+ years of experience in an Agile development environment.
• 2+ years of Agentic AI / Generative AI experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement efficient, scalable solutions that meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions with architects and senior engineers.
• Provide input on feasibility, performance, and scalability to ensure objectives are met.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards and best practices.
• Coordinate with team members to align on decisions and share technical insights.
• Adopt and promote best practices, new technologies, and tooling to improve productivity and code quality.
• Share knowledge through code reviews, talks, and workshops to foster learning and collaboration.
• Collaborate with developers to implement complex features and deliver high-quality code.
