Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability, scalability, and operational health of production services. You will partner with software engineering and other tech teams to ensure reliability, observability, recoverability, and performance across the lifecycle.

You will provide technical leadership across multiple services, identify cross-service risks, and influence engineering decisions beyond a single team.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in Software/SRE/DevOps roles with emphasis on reliability.
• Experience with Python, SQL, Shell, Java, Spring Boot.
• Experience with observability tools and cloud technologies, preferably AWS.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, IaC, containers, monitoring and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Improve reliability, scalability, and operability of production services.
• Define, implement, and monitor SLIs/SLOs and error budgets.
• Enhance observability using metrics, logging, tracing, and dashboards.
• Lead incident response and blameless post-incident reviews.
• Drive improvements across CI/CD, IaC, automation, and deployment practices.
