For our client, we are seeking a Staff Security Engineer, Detection & Response to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space.

This role will drive hands‑on security investigations, strengthen detection capabilities, and help uncover and remediate vulnerabilities across the software development lifecycle. You will partner closely with engineering and other stakeholders to improve logging, visibility, and response readiness across a modern technology environment. The position also includes evaluating risks related to AI and LLM integrations and helping shape practical safeguards that support secure innovation.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $221,000 – $299,000 annually
