Our client, a leader in the information technology space, seeks a Manager, MDR & Threat Hunting to lead a remote cybersecurity team focused on managed detection, response, and proactive threat hunting. You will partner with customer security teams and internal stakeholders to strengthen incident handling, elevate service quality, and improve security outcomes.

The role blends people leadership with customer-facing escalation management and operational excellence in a fast-moving security

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of cybersecurity management experience, MDR and threat hunting.
• Experience with AI/ML in security contexts.
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Proficiency with multiple EDR platforms and threat detection/response.
• Ability to manage customer-facing teams and communicate with executives.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, MDR & Threat Hunting to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. In this remote role, you will lead a specialized cybersecurity team focused on managed detection, response, and proactive threat hunting. You will partner closely with customer security teams and internal stakeholders to strengthen incident handling, elevate service quality, and continuously improve security outcomes. This position combines people leadership, customer-facing escalation management, and operational excellence within a fast-moving security environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $143,500 – $205,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team of threat hunters and MDR specialists

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity management, particularly in MDR and threat hunting
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in security contexts
• Familiarity with threat actor TTPs and the MITRE ATT&CK framework
• Proficiency with multiple EDR platforms, including detection writing and response
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer-facing teams and communicate effectively with executives
