Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will focus on designing and delivering scalable digital solutions that support modern healthcare operations and improve technical execution across the organization. The engineer will contribute to architectural discussions, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and help strengthen engineering quality and consistency. This position also offers the opportunity to mentor junior developers and influence best practices within a highly collaborative technology team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,605 – $260,590 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital solutions and systems leveraging advanced technical expertise
• Contribute to solution design and participate in architectural discussions with senior engineers
• Communicate technical insights and coordinate effectively with cross-functional team members
• Lead code reviews ensuring adherence to quality standards and coding best practices
• Mentor junior developers to enhance their technical skills and professional growth
• Drive the adoption of best practices and innovative technologies within the team
• Work collaboratively to implement complex features and enhance existing functionality
