Stryker is seeking a Staff Sales Systems Engineer to lead the technology evaluation phase of the sales cycle, partnering with the sales team and acting as the primary technical advisor and product advocate for Stryker’s Smart Care solutions.

You will articulate value to business and technical users, understand customer workflows, assess network infrastructure, and participate in RFIs/RFPs, trade shows, and regional marketing events as needed. Expect up to 50% travel.

Formación

• B.S. in Information Technology or related field, or 6+ years relevant experience
• Minimum 4 years experience in technical sales or integration development for healthcare organizations
• Deep understanding of Windows, Linux and Cloud architectures; solid server virtualization knowledge

Responsabilidades

• Lead technology evaluation during the sales process with the extended sales team
• Articulate Stryker’s Smart Care solutions to business and technical users
• Qualify customer network infrastructure via assessments using Ekahau AI Pro Survey, Omnipeek, and Wireshark
• Design Smart Care architecture and prepare customer infrastructure assessment reports for the professional services team
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and IT questionnaires; participate in trade shows and marketing events as needed
