Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Staff Sales Systems Engineer for field-based work across multiple U.S. locations, including Pittsburgh. You will lead the technical evaluation phase, demonstrate Smart Care solutions, and partner with sales to educate customers on deployment methodologies and system capabilities.

You will analyze customer networks, design deployment architectures, and respond to RFIs/RFPs while traveling up to 50% to support customers and events.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Information Technology or related field; or 6+ years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in healthcare IT or integration projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical education for customers, demos, and presentations with the sales team.
• Collaborate with customer IT to validate deployment methodologies and requirements.
• Qualify customer network infrastructure using tools like Ekahau, Omnipeek, and Wireshark.
• Design Smart Care architecture and prepare infrastructure assessment reports for professional services.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs and IT questionnaires; participate in trade shows and marketing events as needed.
