Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare seeks an experienced Staff RN for Edgefield County Hospital in Edgefield, SC. The position is full-time with a day shift, focusing on telemetry and stroke patients as part of the care team.

The RN will use the Nursing Process for assessment, planning, and evaluation, coordinating care with other professionals while adhering to SRH policies and standards. Requires SC RN license, BLS, ACLS within 1 year, and NIHSS within 1 year.

Qualifications

Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
BLS certified; ACLS within 1 year.
Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year.
NIHSS Certificate within 1 year.

Responsibilities

Provide and document professional nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients.
Coordinate and delegate care with other professionals and ancillary personnel.
Adhere to Nursing Policies and Standard Work; communicate findings to appropriate staff.
