Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 8 Tower PCU on a full-time, day shift. Responsibilities include delivering telemetry and stroke patient care per the nursing process, coordinating with the care team, and documenting care in accordance with medical plans and policies.

Candidate must be licensed in South Carolina with an ADN and possess BLS, ACLS within 1 year, and NIHSS within 1 year.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree required.
• ACLS within 1 year; BLS certified; Basic/Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year; NIHHS Certificate within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to provide and document nursing care for telemetry and stroke patients.
• Coordinate and delegate care with other professionals and ancillary staff; communicate findings to the appropriate parties.
• Adhere to SRH/Nursing policies and standards, and perform other duties as assigned by Nurse Manager or Director.
