Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Edgefield, SC is seeking a part-time Staff RN for the Edgefield County Hospital resource pool. The role focuses on telemetry and stroke patient care, following the Nursing Process and SRH policies.

Licensed SC RN with BLS; ACLS, arrhythmia certifications, and NIHSS within 1 year are preferred. Join a team dedicated to high-quality patient care and community service in the Greenwood/Upstate region.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• BLS certified.
• ACLS within 1 year.
• Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year.
• NIHSS Certificate within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process (Assessment, Planning, Nursing Diagnosis, Implementation and Evaluation).
• Provides and documents professional nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients in accordance with the medical plan of care, critical pathways, SRH policies and Standard Work.
• Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicates findings to appropriate person(s).
• Performs other job-related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
