Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 8 Tower PCU on a part-time night shift. You will provide and document professional nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients following the nursing process and care plans.

Requirements include SC RN license, ADN degree, BLS, ACLS within 1 year, basic and advanced arrhythmia within 1 year, and NIHHS certificate within 1 year. You will collaborate with the care team and adhere to SRH policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina.
• ADN degree required.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• Basic and Advanced Arrhythmia within 1 year of hire.
• NIHHS Certificate within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document professional nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients using the Nursing Process.
• Coordinate and delegate care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel as needed.
• Communicate patient findings to appropriate team members.
• Meet the requirements outlined in NIAHO standards for Primary Stroke Center.
