Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare is seeking a Staff RN for Edgefield County Hospital in Edgefield, SC. The position is full-time, day shift (7:00 AM–7:00 PM) and involves direct patient care for telemetry and stroke patients using the Nursing Process.

Ideal candidates hold SC RN licensure, BLS, ACLS within 1 year, and NIHSS within 1 year; the role requires coordination with the care team and adherence to SRH/Nursing policies.

Qualifications

• RN license in South Carolina (SC)
• BLS certified
• ACLS within 1 year
• NIHSS certificate within 1 year

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the Nursing Process to provide and document professional nursing care for telemetry and stroke patients
• Coordinates and delegates care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel
• Communicates findings to appropriate person(s) and adheres to SRH policies and standard work
• Performs other duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director
