Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse to join the 7 Tower Telemetry Resource Pool for the first shift in Greenwood, SC. The role supports telemetry and stroke patients, applying the nursing process to deliver high-quality care in a dynamic environment.

Candidates must hold an ADN, be BLS certified, and obtain ACLS within one year, plus NIHHS and arrhythmia certifications. The position requires adherence to SRH policies and standards and collaboration with the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Professional nursing care for telemetry and stroke patients following the plan of care.
• Adherence to NIAHO standards and Primary Stroke Center requirements.
• Coordinates with nurses and ancillary staff to deliver care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document nursing care according to the nursing process.
• Coordinate and delegate care with/to other professionals and staff.
• Communicate findings to the appropriate person(s) as required.
• Meet educational hour requirements under SRH policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Nurse Manager or Director.
