Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and document professional nursing care to telemetry and stroke patients per care plan.
• Coordinate and delegate care with/to other professionals and ancillary personnel.
• Communicate findings to the appropriate person(s) as indicated.
• Adhere to NIAHO standards and SRH policies; follow Nursing Policies and Standard Work.
• Perform other job-related duties as requested by Nurse Manager or Director.
