Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Staff Recruiter - Commercial to join a leader in Pharmaceuticals & Biotech. This role acts as a strategic talent advisor to Commercial leaders, owning searches end to end from intake to onboarding.

Remote-based position offering exposure to high-impact hiring across commercial biotech teams. You will influence leaders, design proactive sourcing, and drive structured interviewing and compensation strategies to elevate hiring standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly with complex and senior roles.
• Experience in both agency and in‑house recruiting environments
• Deep expertise in recruiting for Commercial roles in biotech, life sciences, diagnostics, or pharma
• Proven ability to influence and manage senior leaders and hiring managers effectively
• Hands‑on experience with recruiting technology and AI tools, especially Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and compensation data for informed decision‑making
• Experience in designing programs to enhance hiring processes, including structured interviewing and diversity initiatives

Responsibilities

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Recruiter - Commercial to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will serve as a strategic talent advisor to Commercial leaders, partnering closely on hiring needs that support business growth and organizational priorities. The recruiter will own a portfolio of searches end to end, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding support. Success in this role will depend on strong leadership influence, market awareness, and the ability to elevate hiring practices across the Commercial organization.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $132,000 – $167,000 annually
