Ladders is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition in Waltham, MA to lead the full TA strategy and partner with HR and executives to anticipate hiring needs and build pipelines in biotech.

The role blends strategic advisory with hands-on execution, shaping an exceptional candidate experience, leveraging digital tools and market data to improve hiring effectiveness and guide managers through disciplined selection.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years in talent acquisition, biotech preferred.
• Proven success in building or scaling biotech organizations.
• Experience using digital platforms for sourcing and engagement.
• Strong ATS proficiency, especially Lever.
• Established biotech/pharma network.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will shape the full talent acquisition strategy for a growing biotech organization, partnering closely with HR and senior leadership to anticipate hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines. The role will combine strategic advising with hands-on execution, helping create a candidate experience and recruiting approach that support growth, brand strength, and business outcomes in a highly competitive market. The director will also use market intelligence, digital tools, and data-driven insights to improve hiring effectiveness and guide managers through a disciplined selection process.

Location: Waltham, MA

Compensation: $220,000 – $242,000 annually

Responsibilities
