Job summary

CHG Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Staff React Engineer to lead the architecture of our React-based analytics platform hosted in Snowflake. You’ll set standards, guide multiple teams, and drive modernization of reporting experiences.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with data/analytics teams, and help migrate dashboards from Tableau to React, while advancing AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development and ensure platform consistency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Design and lead the core architecture of CHG’s React-based reporting platform hosted in Snowflake.
• Mentor engineers, BI developers, and analysts org-wide on React through code reviews and workshops.
• Migrate Tableau dashboards to React in coordination with data engineering and analytics teams.
• Build AI-assisted tooling and guardrails to improve engineering velocity and platform standards.
• Collaborate with data engineering, analytics engineering, and BI teams to prioritize initiatives.
