Job summary

MIT Lincoln Laboratory seeks a highly motivated engineer to design and build the next generation of advanced radar systems for space surveillance. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to prototype and demonstrate concepts using real-world data and world-class sensors.

We value strong programming skills (MATLAB, Python), leadership experience, and the ability to communicate effectively. Occasional travel for tests and integrations may be required at remote field sites.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, or other relevant technical field.
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience in remote sensing (radar/EO) or RF systems.
• System-level simulation and deriving design specifications from mission needs.
• RF cascade design, analysis, and measurement techniques.
• Analog/digital circuit analysis and PCB prototyping/testing.
• Antenna, RF, microwave component integration and testing.
• Familiar with HFSS, CST, FEKO or similar EM solvers.
• Proven ability to lead small to medium teams in system development and test.
• Strong written and oral communication; budget and schedule management.
• Proficiency with MATLAB, Python, or similar programming languages.

Responsibilities
