MIT Lincoln Laboratory in Lexington, MA is seeking an Associate Staff - Radar Engineer to help design and build the next generation of radar systems for space surveillance. You will work with scientists and engineers to prototype concepts using real-world data and world-class sensors.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a technical field or a Bachelor's with experience, strong programming skills (MATLAB/Python), and the ability to lead project activities and communicate clearly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a technical field; 3+ years experience may substitute.
• Experience in remote sensing (radar/EO) or RF systems.
• Strong ability to lead small to medium teams.
• Proficiency in MATLAB or Python.
