Job summary

Flexport is hiring a Staff Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives to architect and build tomorrow’s Fulfillment network. You will own automation programs, build ROI models, and drive end-to-end implementations across multiple sites, partnering with engineering, product, operations, and finance.

You will design processes, deploy automation, and create operational standards, taking projects from whiteboard to live rollout while delivering measurable ROI and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations strategy.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of large-scale capital programs: business case, implementation, ROI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives from whiteboard to go-live with full ROI accountability.
• Lead automation programs including ASRS, robotics, and goods-to-person systems.
• Develop tooling, dashboards, and models using SQL, Python, and BI platforms; write code and iterate on floor prototypes.
• Scale the network by partnering with engineering, product, operations, and finance across sites.
