Job summary

Flexport is seeking a Staff Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives to architect the next generation Fulfillment network. You will work at the intersection of operations, product, and technology, designing scalable processes, building tools, and leading cross-functional initiatives across the organization.

You will diagnose problems, prototype solutions, and drive end-to-end implementation, leveraging SQL, Python, and BI platforms to deliver strategic impact at scale.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or ops strategy.
• Strong technical skillset across SQL, Excel, BI tools, and modeling.
• Proven record designing scalable processes with measurable impact.
• Executive-level communication and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Architect the fulfillment network with standardized processes, products, and tools.
• Own end-to-end initiatives from diagnosis to implementation.
• Develop tooling, dashboards, and models using SQL, Python, and BI platforms.
• Build forecasting and scenario planning for long-term network design.
