Job summary

Flexport in Atlanta is seeking a Staff Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives to be at the center of building tomorrow's Fulfillment network. You will own initiatives from whiteboard to go-live, design automation, and develop ROI-focused business cases.

You will lead cross-functional work with operations, product, engineering, and finance; write SQL, build models, and validate on the warehouse floor; own end-to-end programs with multi-site scale.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fulfillment, logistics, supply chain, or operations strategy with automation exposure.
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of large-scale capital programs with ROI.
• Hands-on automation experience with ASRS, robotics, or goods-to-person systems.
• Strong financial modeling skills to build and defend ROI models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end initiatives from whiteboard to go-live with full accountability.
• Build and own ROI models for automation and capital projects.
• Track ROI post-implementation and report to leadership and finance.
• Lead automation programs across the fulfillment network (ASRS, AMRs, conveyors).
• Develop tooling, dashboards, and models using SQL, Python, and BI platforms.
