Job summary

Flexport in the United States is seeking a Staff Program Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead end-to-end automation and network scaling across fulfillment sites. You will design processes, build decision tools, and own business cases from concept through go-live.

You’ll partner with operations, product, engineering, and finance to deliver multi-year roadmaps, develop ROI models, and validate on-floor workflows.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or operations strategy.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering or related field.
• End-to-end ownership of large capital programs and ROI.
• Hands-on automation experience with ASRS, robotics, or goods-to-person.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end initiatives from whiteboard to go-live.
• Build ROI models for automation projects and track ROI.
• Define automation requirements using operational data.
• Prototype workflows on the floor before scaling and rollout.
