Headway is hiring a Staff Product Marketing Manager to help providers discover Headway, understand why we are the right partner, and take the first steps toward building a thriving practice.

You will shape our provider growth strategy, build differentiated positioning, and lead GTM efforts that drive acquisition, activation, and early engagement. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Provider Marketing and collaborating with multiple marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Significant PMM experience (8+ years) in consumer, marketplace, SMB, or subscription models.
• Ability to build positioning and messaging and influence Product & Growth strategy.
• Experience driving provider acquisition and activation through insights and GTM execution.

Responsibilities

• Build deep provider insight and bring it to Product and Growth decisions.
• Own provider positioning and messaging to attract providers and build trust.
• Lead Provider Growth GTM initiatives from positioning to execution.
• Lead GTM channel planning and execution with cross-functional partners.
• Identify high-impact opportunities to attract and activate providers.
• Equip teams with frameworks to tell a consistent provider story.
