Job summary

Headway is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own provider activation. You will educate new providers on succeeding with Headway, migrate their patients onto the platform, and maximize early-term appointment volume.

This role sits at the heart of growth, retention, and the monetization moment for providers. You will partner with sales, CX, pricing, ranking, and provider experience teams to simplify activation and deliver a delightful, trust-building onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Owned a complex growth or activation motion that tied to revenue.
• Ability to connect customer needs, user experience, and business outcomes.
• Influenced cross-functional teams and drove alignment across departments.

Responsibilities

• Own the provider activation funnel and identify key stages that impact retention.
• Build the strategy to grow activated providers and appointments per new provider, boosting retention and LTV.
• Partner with sales, CX, pricing, ranking, provider experience, and more to make activation effective and delightful.
• Drive porting—tools, flows, and incentives to move existing patients onto Headway.
• Develop a well-segmented onboarding journey to build trust with new providers.
• Define the team's strategy, OKRs, and roadmap.
