Job summary

Headway, a US-based mental health platform in New York, is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own provider activation. You will educate new providers, migrate patients onto Headway, and maximize high-quality appointments in early tenure.

You'll lead activation funnel strategy, collaborate with sales, CX, pricing, ranking, and provider experience teams, and define OKRs and roadmap to drive growth and provider retention.

Qualifications

• Experience owning a complex activation motion tied to revenue.
• Ability to form a point of view on customer needs, UX, and business outcomes.
• Influenced teams outside direct management and drove alignment across priorities.
• Curious, capable of rapid learning, and comfortable diving deep.
• Decision-maker who drives iterative progress with others on the journey.

Responsibilities

• Own the provider activation funnel and identify critical stages for retention.
• Build strategy to increase activated providers and appointments per provider.
• Partner with sales, CX, pricing, ranking, and provider experience teams to keep activation effective.
• Drive porting tools and flows to move existing patients onto Headway.
• Develop a segmented onboarding journey to build trust with new providers.
• Define the team’s strategy, OKRs, and roadmap.
