Job summary

Headway is seeking a Staff Product Marketing Manager in New York to shape the patient journey, messaging, and go-to-market strategy as we scale the largest network of mental health providers. You will collaborate across Growth, Lifecycle, Product, Research, and Creative to turn patient insights into acquisition, activation, and retention opportunities.

You’ll build a test-and-learn engine and own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market narratives that differentiate Headway in a regulated

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product or growth marketing with consumer-facing outcomes.
• Turn qualitative and quantitative insights into clear decisions.
• Experience across acquisition and lifecycle funnels.
• Strong experimentation mindset with testable hypotheses.
• Strategic writer capable of positioning and messaging.
• Experience in regulated consumer categories.
• Comfort with ambiguity and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to thoughtfully incorporate AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the patient journey.
• Find the leverage using customer insights and funnel data.
• Reduce friction with better messaging and sequencing.
• Own patient positioning and messaging.
• Lead patient GTM strategy across teams.
• Build a test-and-learn engine to improve the journey.
• Raise the PMM bar with strong craft and judgment.
