Headway is hiring a Staff Product Manager to reinvent how we automate and scale provider growth. You’ll unify go‑to‑market systems, bring together go to market, engineering, and sales around a single vision that includes automation, AI, and world‑class tools for our sellers and marketers.

You’ll reduce manual work by identifying bottlenecks, consolidate a fragmented tool stack, and partner with Sales leadership to design an acquisition system from top to bottom.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap around Headway's go-to-market systems, unifying sales, marketing/growth, and engineering around one vision.
• Identify where manual effort is a real bottleneck to growth and drive automation to remove it.
• Consolidate a fragmented tool stack into a coherent system for faster growth.
• Lead innovation in the marketing stack across revenue feeds, audiences, data enrichment, and more.
• Partner with Sales leadership to design a thoughtful acquisition system from top to bottom.
