Zusammenfassung

Headway, building the largest network of mental health providers in the country, seeks a Staff Product Marketing Manager to shape provider growth. You will define positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies to attract and activate providers and help them build thriving practices.

You’ll partner with Growth, Sales, Enablement, Lifecycle Marketing, Research, and Creative to translate provider insights into adoption and engagement.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of PMM experience in consumer, marketplace, SMB, or product-led businesses.
• Ability to build positioning and messaging and influence Product/Growth strategy.
• Experience driving provider acquisition and activation with measurable outcomes.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize and lead cross-functional work.
• Willingness to use AI to improve work and build team workflows.

• Lead Provider Growth GTM from positioning to execution.
