Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own the third‑party integration strategy for our advisor-focused platform. You will partner with PMS/CRM vendors and AI-native tools to design, govern, and scale integrations across multiple firms while aligning with our custody roadmap.

You will translate business needs into technical requirements, work closely with engineering on API design, SSO/OAuth flows, and data models, and balance platform coherence with vendor maturity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in technical, platform, or API/integrations-focused roles.
• Experience in a high-growth fintech environment with regulatory/compliance considerations.
• Strong view on how AI reshapes fintech and advisor workflows; experience shipping AI features or evaluating AI-native partners.
• Genuinely technical with a track record of working with external partner engineering teams on API design, auth, and data models.
• Hands-on with developer-facing platform capabilities (docs, sandboxes, versioning) in regulated or enterprise B2B settings.
• Experience running a partner or vendor ecosystem (SOWs, gating, onboarding, portfolio management).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to switch between technical design and high-level partnerships.
• Comfort with ambiguity as the scope evolves.

Responsibilities

• Own third-party integration strategy end-to-end, from API selection to sandbox, docs, auth, and governance.
• Lead commercial and technical conversations with PMS/CRM vendors and AI-native advisor tools.
• Prioritize and allocate integration work across many vendors and advisor firms.
• Translate advisor needs into technical requirements with engineering; discuss API specs and OAuth flows with partner teams.
• Define how AI-driven workflows influence custodial integrations and partner collaboration.
• Represent integrations in Robinhood's custody roadmap across product, engineering, and operations.
