Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own our third‑party integration strategy and partner ecosystem within TradePMR. You will drive end‑to‑end API initiatives, work closely with PMS/CRM vendors, and translate advisor needs into actionable technical requirements across authentication and data models.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in a technical, platform, or API/integrations-focused PM role.
• Experience at a high-growth fintech with regulatory/compliance realities shaping integration work.
• Strong point of view on how AI reshapes fintech and advisor workflows; experience shipping AI-enabled features or evaluating AI-native vendors.
• Genuinely technical; able to discuss API design, auth (SSO/SAML/OAuth), and data models; shipping developer-facing platform capabilities.
• Experience running a partner or vendor ecosystem: prioritization, SOWs/contracts, production-access gating, and managing a portfolio of integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own third-party integration strategy end-to-end (APIs, connectivity, sandbox, docs, authentication, governance).
• Lead commercial and technical conversations with PMS/CRM vendors and AI-native advisor tools; define SOWs and production-access requirements.
• Build and run a framework to tier, prioritize, and resource integration requests across many vendors/advisors.
• Translate advisor/partner needs into technical requirements; discuss API specs and integration flows with partner engineers.
• Develop a point of view on AI and agentic workflows in custodial integrations.
• Represent integrations in Robinhood's custody roadmap with cross-functional partners to align near-term vs long-term work.
