Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a technical, partner‑facing Product Owner for its integration platform. You will own the integration strategy end-to-end, engage with vendor ecosystems, and define technical requirements for AI-enabled advisor tools.

You will collaborate with engineering and product leaders to balance build vs. partner work, and help shape the future of custody integrations for advisors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience in a technical/platform/API/integrations PM role.
• Experience in high-growth fintech with regulatory/compliance awareness.
• Strong viewpoint on how AI reshapes fintech and advisor workflows, with AI-enabled shipping or evaluation experience.
• Genuinely technical and able to coordinate with external partner engineering teams on API design, auth, and data models.
• Experience running a partner or vendor ecosystem with SOWs, gating, and multiple integrations at different stages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to switch between technical and strategic talks.
• Comfort with ambiguity as the role combines two scopes into one.

Responsibilities

• Own the third-party integration strategy end-to-end, including APIs, sandbox, documentation, authentication, and governance.
• Lead commercial and technical conversations with PMS/CRM vendors and AI-native advisor tools; represent Robinhood at industry events.
• Frame and manage a framework to tier, prioritize, and resource integration requests across many vendors and advisor firms.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate advisor needs into technical requirements and make build-vs-partner-vs-defer calls.
• Develop a point of view on AI and agentic workflows in custodial integrations.
• Represent integrations in the advisory custody roadmap and align with cross-functional partners.
