Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Product Manager on the Money team to shape its core banking product and platform. You will drive product foundations, partnering across legal, compliance, finance, and customer success, from concept to launch.

The role emphasizes leading diverse teams, delivering customer-centric innovations, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, fintech environment. In-person work is expected three days a week in multiple offices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct product management experience building consumer products; 7+ years preferred.
• Experience in fintech products is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across product, design, data science, and operations.
• Proven prioritization and execution in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team to understand customer needs and drive product strategy.
• Establish a product vision and shared priorities across the team and company.
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, operations, finance, and customer success to build products correctly.
• Drive execution from concept through launch and measure success with defined metrics.
