CVS Health is seeking an senior Staff ISTS Product, Developer Experience to lead product strategy, roadmap and backlog across the Enterprise Observability Platform. You will partner with engineering leaders and cloud teams to reduce onboarding friction, improve telemetry use, and boost platform adoption and reliability.

• Eight-plus years in product management or closely related roles.
• Experience defining strategy, roadmaps and backlog priorities for complex platforms.
• Proven ability to partner with senior engineers and architects.
• Experience with discovery activities for technical users and stakeholders.
• Experience using adoption and usage metrics to guide product direction.
• Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills at scale.
• Proven track record as a senior individual contributor in an enterprise setting.
• Experience working in engineering-led environments coordinating with multiple teams.
