Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Buyer Experience, guiding the lifecycle from session to quote for custom parts and setting a 6-12 month roadmap. You will align engineering, design, data science, category management and marketing around measurable outcomes.

You’ll run rapid experiments, ground decisions in buyer feedback, and translate strategy into AI-enabled product changes with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, owning a two-sided marketplace or platform product.
• AI-native, with hands-on fluency in Claude and Cursor to accelerate validated product changes.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with a systems-thinking approach.
• Comfort making decisions under ambiguity with testable hypotheses and plans.
• Excellent communication and influence skills with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Proven ability to drive change in a fast-paced, scaling org.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the session-to-quote funnel end-to-end and run experiments to lift signups and conversions.
• Champion buyer insights via interviews, surveys, and usage data to inform roadmap priorities.
• Define new problem spaces across the buyer lifecycle and drive execution on commitments.
• Define and own a 6-12 month product roadmap with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Set KPIs, monitor results, and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, data science, marketing, and category management.
• Translate the experimentation roadmap into structured specs for AI agents and ship changes.
