Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end request-to-quote experience for key customers. You will design AI-enabled agents, build MCP/ERP integrations, and ship staff tools for quoting and pricing in a hybrid role based in the US.

You will define a 6–12 month roadmap, work across Sales, Quoting, Pricing, and Operations, and measure success by quote turnaround, accuracy, and conversion. Strong SQL and cross-functional leadership are required.

Qualifications

8+ years of product management experience in B2B/enterprise context.
Experience shipping AI or automation into an expert human workflow with guardrails.
Experience integrating products across CRM, ERP, file storage and other systems.
Strong SQL and dashboarding experience; ability to ship data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end request-to-quote experience for key customers.
Redesign the funnel to optimize intake channels and self-serve paths.
Define agentic quoting roadmap and agent/human handoffs.
Build MCP and ERP integrations for cross-system work.
Develop staff tools for quoting, pricing, and quote summaries.
Instrument pricing decisions with structured data and dashboards.
Lead discovery with quoters and account managers to validate AI-driven workflows.
