Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for Design for Manufacturability (DFM) to own the strategy, roadmap, and AI-enabled workflows that assess manufacturability for custom parts. You will lead a global program, coordinate with engineering, data science, UX, and sales, and scale the Intelligent DFM Workbench across geographies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in AI/ML-powered or technical B2B environments.
• Experience owning a system of record and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Experience designing policy-driven workflows and cross-regional standardization.
• Strong written and verbal communication across engineering, design, and execs.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive a multi-year DFM roadmap across Xometry.
• Own the Intelligent DFM Workbench as the single source of truth for orders.
• Collaborate with data science and ML engineering to improve manufacturability models.
• Track metrics like handle time, sign-off latency, and RMA rate to guide prioritization.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among engineering, data science, UX, sourcing, pricing, and order systems.
