Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager for its Buyer Experience group. You will own the enterprise segment, shaping self-service and human-assisted experiences for large accounts, and define a 6–12 month strategy with cross-functional buy-in.

The role requires a hybrid schedule, with offices in MA/MD, and emphasizes experimentation, data-driven decisions, and AI-enabled product delivery. You will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and legal/compliance to ensure

Qualifications

10+ years in product management, including ownership of enterprise B2B or two-sided marketplace.
Experience with large enterprise customers and complex organizational workflows.
AI-native approach using tools like Claude and Cursor to ship product changes.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise quote-to-order funnel end-to-end and drive activation, conversion and expansion.
Conduct user research with multiple personas and translate insights into solutions.
Identify new problem spaces across the enterprise buyer lifecycle.
Define product strategy and roadmap with clear outcomes for stakeholders.
Set KPIs and monitor results, adjusting priorities as needed.
Collaborate across engineering, design, data science, marketing and sales.
Translate roadmaps into AI agent specs and ship iterative changes.
