Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the Buyer Experience, owning the lifecycle from session to quote. You will craft a 6–12 month forward-looking strategy, align cross‑functional teams, and drive outcomes that make the quoting flow frictionless.

You will define KPIs, leverage AI agents, and partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing to ship high-impact changes in a hybrid work setting at Waltham, MA or North Bethesda, MD.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, including two‑sided marketplace ownership.
• Fluency with AI tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate product changes.
• Strong systems thinking and analytical skills for complex trade-offs.
• Ability to make decisions under ambiguity and define tests.
• Excellent communication to align leadership and partners.
• Proven change agent in fast‑scaling organizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the session-to-quote funnel end to end with measurable lifts.
• Lead user research via interviews, surveys, and usage data.
• Identify new buyer onboarding and marketplace expansion opportunities.
• Define strategy and 6–12 month roadmap with clear outcomes.
• Set KPIs, monitor results, and adjust priorities in real time.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, data science, marketing.
• Translate roadmap into AI-executable specs for agents (Claude, Cursor).
