Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the Buyer Experience for large enterprise buyers. You will define strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes, collaborating across engineering, design, data science, and marketing to make quoting and ordering frictionless for top accounts.

You will work in a hybrid schedule 3 days a week at our Waltham, MA or North Bethesda, MD offices, leading experiments and AI-enabled features to accelerate enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including direct ownership of an enterprise B2B or two‑sided marketplace product.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and crafting solutions for complex org structures and workflows.
• AI‑native, with hands‑on fluency in Claude and Cursor, using them to accelerate validated product changes.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with a systems-thinking approach to complexity.
• Comfort making decisions under ambiguity, translating problems into testable hypotheses.
• Strong communication and influence skills to align senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
• Proven ability to drive change in fast‑paced, scaling organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise quote-to-order funnel end to end, from procurement intake through repeat ordering, with self-service or human-assisted paths.
• Conduct user research to deeply understand enterprise personas and synthesize findings into actionable solutions.
• Identify new problem spaces across the enterprise lifecycle to drive growth.
• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Set KPIs for initiatives and monitor results to adjust priorities.
• Secure alignment across engineering, design, data science, category management, and marketing.
• Translate roadmap into machine-executable specs for AI agents and ship changes.
