Job summary

Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the enterprise buyer experience. You will shape the strategy for the enterprise segment, partner with engineering, design, data science, and marketing, and drive a frictionless quote-to-order flow for large accounts.

You will craft a roadmap from ambiguous signals, measure outcomes with KPIs, and align leadership across multiple functions while leveraging AI-enabled capabilities to accelerate test-and-learn cycles.

Qualifications

• This role requires a track record of enterprise B2B product ownership.
• Experience solving complex workflows across large organizations.
• Comfort turning vague problems into testable hypotheses and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise quote-to-order funnel end to end and drive activation, conversion and expansion.
• Conduct user research with engineers, procurement leads and compliance reviewers.
• Identify new problem spaces across the buyer lifecycle and define roadmaps.
• Define product strategy with clear outcomes and milestones.
• Set KPIs and monitor results, communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, data science, marketing and sales.
