Xometry is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the enterprise buyer experience, shaping a 6–12 month roadmap for large accounts. You’ll collaborate across engineering, design, data science, marketing, and legal to deliver frictionless quoting and ordering for enterprise buyers, balancing self-service with controlled processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, including direct ownership of an enterprise B2B or two-sided marketplace product.
• Experience working with large enterprise customers and a track record of crafting solutions in complex orgs.
• AI-native, with hands-on fluency in Claude and Cursor, and experience shipping AI-powered changes.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with systems thinking across product areas.
• Comfort making decisions under ambiguity based on limited information.
• Strong communication and influence to align senior leadership.
• Proven ability to drive change in fast-paced scaling org.
• Bachelor's degree in Business/CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise quote-to-order funnel end-to-end.
• Run experiments on RFQ intake flows and multi-stakeholder approval steps.
• Drive activation, conversion, and account expansion while balancing self-service and assisted experiences.
• Research enterprise customers and understand the needs of engineers, procurement, and compliance.
• Define KPIs, monitor outcomes, and adjust priorities in real time.
• Translate the roadmap into AI-ready specs for agents and teams.
