Job summary

Robinhood Markets, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Money Movement Experiences to own end-to-end customer journeys across mobile and web.

You will define the vision, lead launches, and partner with design, engineering, legal, and operations to deliver delightful, compliant experiences. The role emphasizes shipping consumer fintech products, reducing friction, and delivering polished state changes and copy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management shipping consumer products that customers love, ideally mobile-first.
• Close collaboration with design from concept to launch and strong craft.
• Experience in fintech/payments is a plus; ability to learn quickly in regulated spaces.

Responsibilities

• Define the long-term product vision and roadmap for money movement customer experience, covering funding, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Lead zero-to-one product initiatives from concept through launch.
• Partner with design to shape work, critique craft, and maintain high interaction standards.
• Drive funnel conversion, transaction success, and customer satisfaction by identifying friction through research and analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams to turn capabilities into reliable, fast experiences.
• Work with compliance, legal, and fraud teams to ensure regulatory alignment without compromising UX.
