Qualifications

• Significant experience designing consumer-facing digital products with craft and usability.
• Experience leading design work independently on complex projects, in small teams or early-stage environments.
• Comfort working within regulated domains and collaborating with legal/compliance partners.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Proficiency with modern design tools and integrating AI into design workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for new product initiatives from exploration through launch, ensuring clear, usable customer experiences.
• Translate complex financial, legal, and technical requirements into simple design solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and legal to align on requirements and deliver high-quality experiences.
• Influence executive decision-making and product strategy by championing design vision.
